Senior Engineer Industrial Drives

Wij zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste SENIOR ENGINEER INDUSTRIAL DRIVES (Pitch & Yaw Systems).
Deze functie kan zowel fulltime als parttime ingevuld worden.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

• Specificeren van elektrische besturings- en motorfuncties voor industriële elektrische aandrijvingen (pitch & yaw-systeem) van WTG.
• Belastinganalyse om vereisten en ontwerpen voor motoren, omvormers en opslagmodules af te leiden.
• Kwalificatie van elektromotoren voor pitch & yaw aandrijvingen.
• Ontwikkeling van motormodellen voor pitch & yaw-systemen en de functies ervan in Matlab / Simulink.
• Meewerken aan concept- en haalbaarheidsstudies.
• Verificatie en validatie op component-, subsysteem- en systeemniveau op testbanken en prototype WTG.
• Samenwerking met interne en externe partners.

Natuurlijk vragen we ook wat van jou

• Bachelor of Master in elektrotechniek, mechatronica of gelijkwaardig.
• Kennis van het gedrag van elektrische aandrijvingen (omvormer, elektrische machines, sensoren, asbesturing, softwarefuncties, mechanica, remmen).
• Ervaring met het aansturen en modelleren van elektrische aandrijfsystemen.
• Kennis van state-of-the-art elektrische motoren en de functies ervan voor enkelassige en meerassige industriële aandrijftoepassingen.
• Ervaring met industriële state-of-the-art motoren, omvormers en motion control systemen (bijv. ABB, Siemens SINAMICS, KEBA; KEB, equivalent) is een pré.

We are looking for an enthusiastic SENIOR ENGINEER INDUSTRIAL DRIVES (Pitch & Yaw Systems).

This position can be filled on full-time or part-time basis.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Specification of electrical control and motor functions for industrial electric drives (pitch & yaw system) of WTG.
• Load analysis to derive motor, converter, and storage modulerequirements and designs.
• Qualification of electrical motors for pitch & yaw drives.
• Development of pitch & yaw system motor models and its functions in Matlab / Simulink.
• Collaboration in concept and feasibility studies.
• Verification and validation at component, sub-system and systemlevel on test benches and prototype WTG.
• Collaboration with internal and external partners.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor´s or Master´s degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics or equivalent.
• Knowledge in electrical drives behavior (converter, electrical machine, sensors, axis control, software functions, mechanics, brakes).
• Experience with control and modeling of electrical drive systems.
• Knowledge of state-of-the-art electrical motors and its functions for single axis and multi axes industrial drive applications.
• Experience with industrial state-of-the-art motors, converters and motion control systems (e.g. ABB, Siemens SINAMICS, KEBA; KEB, equivalent) of advantage.
